When introduced early in the onboarding process, a well-crafted online orientation invites engagement by presenting interactive and video-rich content within a digital experience. Accessible at any time, on any device, students gain knowledge over time, build confidence, and complete the first leg of their educational journey toward enrollment.

The online orientation at Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) has welcomed, informed, and prepared over 13K new students over three years. Freshmen and dual enrollment students receive personalized content tracks and every student participates in introductory Title IX training embedded in the experience. Platform-generated data tells the engagement and satisfaction story:

• Students complete online orientation at a rate of 81%.
• Over 96% believe the orientation addressed all the information they needed to get started.
• 94% consider their time spent well worth it.
