Pace Center for Girls
Morgan Conway, Director of Talent Development
"We say we're a strength-based organization, it's one of our pillars. So it's so important to have a strong day one."
When your work is mission-driven, introducing new hires to your organization's culture and purpose is vital. With dozens of centers across the Southeast, plus a remote leadership team, Pace Center for Girls needed a new hire orientation with the scalability and impact to welcome every team member while freeing up their HR staff to focus on what really matters: helping girls grow and thrive.
"If I can show a return on investment by allowing someone from my team to now be able to devote time to a different project, we can save time and optimally save money. We just want to make sure that our team members are here for the long haul and we're creating that space for them to be successful. We can meet the team where they're at and provide the information that they need and really give that solid foundation for them to start, [and] we see that return long-term."
