Cerro Coso is a small, rural institution serving a large, 18k-square-mile area across eastern California with multiple locations. Before launching Advantage Orientation^®, student participation in orientation – online or on-campus – was low. With the collaborative help of Advantage Design Group's content creators, today's online orientation experience at Cerro Coso is comprehensive, engaging, interactive and effective.

In the first six months since launch, more than twice as many students completed online orientation than the entire year before. Students report feeling more connected and more prepared.
