This online orientation platform for transfer students was featured at the NASPA 2020 Virtual Product Showcase. After proving it's effectiveness for transfer students, more campus partners at Florida International University (FIU) wanted to expand online orientation content to meet the needs of multiple student populations.

Today, FIU's virtual orientation is accessible to all undergraduate students as soon as they matriculate. Nearly 16,000 new students transition annually with greater success due the fresh design and interactive content. 

Forty percent completed orientation prior to having this orientation system. Last year, we had over 10,000 transfer students complete orientation. After the expansion of our virtual orientation to our freshmen population, we did see a 3% overall increase in students who matriculated. They are feeling more prepared. It really does make a difference.
