Inside the issue, our featured article, A Better First Day, A Better Bottom Line: How Online Orientation Saves Time and Reduces Turnover, examines what happens when organizations take a more intentional approach to day one. The piece draws on real outcomes from two organizations using Advantage HR Engage to welcome new hires: Augusta University, which saw a 49.25% drop in turnover after processing nearly 3,000 new hires through the experience, and St. Ann's Community, a senior care organization that moved to a hybrid digital orientation model that reaches every employee consistently across four campuses and three shifts, regardless of schedule or location.
