Given the diversity of today’s new college students, providing an inclusive onboarding experience is still aspirational for many orientation professionals. We want students to feel seen and feel part of a community. At the same time, students expect to be treated like the individuals they are.

As a result, completion rates, and subsequent matriculations rates were low. Today, with a comprehensive virtual orientation system intentionally composed to reach disproportionately impacted students, completion and matriculation rates are near 80%.
