Rhodes College is a small, liberal arts institution, onboarding distinct student populations including student athletes, international students, and transfer students. Each of these groups have different onboarding processes, so it was important to make sure students received information within their online orientation that was personalized and relevant to them.

The University of Arizona is a large, public flagship univeristy, with total enrollment of about 50,000 students.
